Aprende con este vídeo cómo hacer Patatas a la Riojana, que una receta tradicional muy fácil y rápida de hacer y que además está deliciosa. Para hacerla me he basado en la receta de Anna Recetas Fáciles, que es una crack en la cocina y que hace poco ha sacado su primer libro 🙂

Ingredientes:

600 g de patatas peladas
2 cdas de aceite de oliva virgen extra
1/2 cebolla
1 diente de ajo
1 cdta de pimentón dulce o paprika
1 cdta de carne de pimiento choricero
75 g de chorizo fresco
sal al gusto
1 hoja de laurel (opcional)
1 trozo de pimiento rojo (opcional)
un poco de pimentón picante (opcional)
