INGREDIENTES:
– 4 berenjenas (1’200kg)
– 2 cebollas (500gr)
– 3 dientes de ajo
– 70 gr de AOVE (Aceite de oliva virgen extra)
– 1/2 taza de pan rallado
– 2 cdas de harina todo uso
– 1 cdita y 1/2 de levadura química o polvo de hornear tipo royal
– 10 huevos
– 50gr de perejil picado (un manojito)
– sal y pimienta al gusto
– Opcional: pimentón de La Vera (paprika), curry, 1 cda de orégano, cúrcuma,…
