Correction: For the seasoning I only put 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon Spanish Smoked Paprika, 1/4 teaspoon Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, 3 bay leaves, and 2 tablespoons tomato paste. You can also use 1 small can of tomato sauce.
