The health benefits and uses of paprika powder. [Subtitles]

Paprika is a delicious ground spice originally from North America. Sweet bell peppers were dried by the natives and this was then ground to create the spice. The benefits of paprika include better blood flow, reducing inflammation, protecting the eyesight, lowering high cholesterol and many more. This is used heavily in places like Hungary and Spain for flavouring goulash, stews, meats, rice, stir fries and many more dishes.
