INGREDIENTS
1 Tbs Cooking oil
2 lb. Chicken thighs and drumsticks, patted dry , trimmed
1 Tsp Kosher salt
1/2 Tsp Fresh ground black pepper
1 Yellow onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
2 Red bell peppers, julienned
1 Tsp thyme, dry
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1Tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
1Tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Chicken base ( Better than bouillon )
2 Cups water, or as needed
1 Tsp Red wine vinegar
1/2 Tsp sugar
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 Sour cream
More salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to finish and garnish
