Palm Oil Stew/Ngo Froyi

This super easy and quick stew is a representation of my heritage and I hope you do try it, you will surely love it.

Ingredients:

Fresh fish
2 cans of plum tomatoes
2 sliced onions
1/2 cup palm oil
2 tablespoons of my homemade all purpose marinade
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon aniseed
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder or to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Vegetables of choice
