Tastes like chicken stew. But easy version

One-Pot Paprika Sweet Potato Chicken Thighs

BAHAN-BAHAN:

6 pcs chicken thighs
1 sudu kecil garam and freshly ground pepper
2 sudu besar serbuk paprika (I use McCormick Sweet Hungarian Paprika)
2 sudu besar olive oil
3-4 ulas bawang putih, pecahkan
1/2 bawang kuning, potong dadu
2 pcs ubi keledek, potong empat
1/2 batang lobak merah, potong wedges
1/2 biji capsicum, dihiris (boleh ganti dengam brown mushroom)
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 1/2 cawan stok ayam
1/2 cawan jus epal/air biasa
1 1/2 sudu besar fresh/dried rosemary/thyme, finely chopped (optional)

CARA-CARA:

1) Dalam Ziplock bag, masukkan serbuk paprika, garam dan pepper. Masukkan ayam dan gaulkan mesra.

2) Panaskan kuali dan masukkan sedikit minyak. Masukkan ayam dan masak sehimgga perang selama 2 minit setiap bahagian. Setelah ayam masak, angkat dan letak dalam pinggan berasingan.

3) Setelah ayam masak, gunakan kuali yang sama, masukkan bawang putih dan bawang merah. Tumis selama 2 minit sehingga naik bau. Masukkan semua sayuran dan masak lagi selama 2 minit. Perasakan dengan garam dan pepper dan masak selama 3 minit.

4) Dalam bekas berasingan, gaulkan tepung gandum bersama jus epal/ air biasa. Masukkan mixture tepung dalam kuali. Masukkan stok ayam dan kacau.

5) Masukkan ayam yang telah dimasak, kecilkan api dan biarkan mereneh selama 15-20 minit. Gaul rata sebelum dihidang dan taburkan hirisan rosemary/thyme. Perasakan dengan garam dan pepper jika perlu.

6) Sedia dihidang makan begitu sahaja atau bersama nasi putih.
