Recipe:
1. Filet Chicken
2. Create buttermilk mixture using Garlic Salt, Buttermilk, Paprika
3. Submerge filets and let sit for 1-24 hours
4. Create coating with corn starch, flower, and cayenne
5. Cover filets in coating, submerge into buttermilk mixture, and coat again
6. Heat canola oil in a pan until 350F
7. Submerge coated filets until golden brown or for about 8 minutes while moving them around
8. In a small bowl, mix cayenne, paprika, garlic sault, brown sugar, and add in some of the hot oil.
9. Toss fried filets in mixture until fully coated
10. Coat buns with a layer of butter and toast lightly on pan or skillet.
11. Add your toppings and enjoy!
