by using the coscto broccoli cheddar soup, this recipe give me an easy way to throw together a fast soup that tastes like its stewed a while.

ingredients

1 lb. sweet Italian sauage
4 large red potatoes
1 large red onion
1 box chicken broth
2 cups shredded sheddar cheese
.5 cup half n half
10 (or 12…13…14) cloves of garlic
1 cup fresh basil
1 T. worshtishire
1 T. balsamic vinegar
1t. smoked paprika
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. Italian seasonings
1 t. dried oregano
salt n pepper to taste.
optional: red chili flakes
