Hello everyone! you have been asking me for the Recipe for my Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce! Well, here it is. Thank you all for your interest and most importantly your time 🥰

This sauce is a two-part sauce first, you will make the Mango Habanero sauce and then you will make the seafood butter sauce.

Mango Habanero Sauce
Mango
Pineapple
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Bell Peppers
Thyme
Butter
Sugar
Vinegar

Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce
1 medium size Chopped Onion
3 cloves of Chopped Garlic
2 sprigs of Fresh Thyme
1/2 lemon
1/2 stalk green onions
Red Chilli Pepper
2 sticks of butter
1 chopped habanero
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
Lawrys seasoning salt
Caribbean Choice all-purpose seasoning
Maggi chicken bouillon
chicken stock
