MOROCCAN SPICE LAMB LEG ROAST

This beautiful Roasted leg is very simple but most flavourful meal. The fragrant and mellow spice rub marinate infused is simply fabulous . The warm spices like roasted cumin & coriander give intensely taste. I shared the quickest way to cook lamb leg in a less than half of time , it usually takes.

Ingredients;;;
Lamb leg : 1 & half kg
Coriander seeds: 1 & half tbsp (roasted & crushed)
Cumin seeds: 1 & half tbsp (roasted & crushed)
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1 tsp
Smoked paprika: 1tbsp
Garlic: 7/8 cloves
Saffron: pinch
Chilli flakes: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 & half tsp
Olive oil: 1/3 cup
Lemon juice: 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Butter: 50g
Mint & coriander: 1/4 cup chopped

Note:
You can slow roast this for 7 to 8 hours in slow cooker.
Overnight marination is always good idea.
If baking in oven, bake for 4 hours at 180c
