I took half cup oil and added 1 large size chopped onion and 3 cloves garlic, when it got light brown then added 1 can of chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes after add salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, paprika powder and mixed them all and then added 1 large size chopped carrots and fried for 5 minutes after added pod peas and cooked for 5 minutes then added chopped courgette, potato and cauliflower and fried for 15 minutes.
