Ingredients:
1 portion pizza dough
600g minced meat
250g mozzarella cheese
200g sivri paprika
150ml tomato sauce
4 tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
Cut the sivri paprika and the tomatoes in pieces. Fry the minced meat with a bit oil in a hot pan and add the sivri paprika. Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & oregano to it and stir till it looks good. Now add the tomato pieces & the tomato sauce. Stir everything together. Roll out the dough and place a ring of meat on it. Scatter mozzarella cheese over it and cut a star in the middle of the dough.
Wrap the dough around the filling and put the pizza ring in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Now it is time to grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
