Ingredients:
1 portion pizza dough
500g minced meat
300g paprika slices
250g mozzarella cheese
100g olives
salt, pepper & paprika
Fry the meat in a hot pan and scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it. Fry it till it looks good then add the paprika and stir a few minutes. Cut the olives in pieces and put then in the pan. Stir again a few minutes. Roll out the dough and place a ring out of meat & paprika. Scatter mazzarella cheese on top. Wrap the dough around the filling and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Now grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
