Meatloaf (polpetto) panino w/brussel sprouts and smoked paprika aioli.
Panino (panini pl.) is known to describe a sandwich made from bread which is not sliced (sliced loaf bread). Usually formed from bread such as ciabatta, baguette, or even something similar to a kaiser (rosetta) roll.
Utilizing Garde Marge skills to the max…we present the Meatloaf (polpetto) panino w/brussel sprouts and smoked paprika aioli!
For bread we are using focaccia. Leftover dipping sauce was refined to create an aioli/remoulade featuring smoked paprika, capers, and olives; and brussel sprouts quick roasted to add additional garnish/flavor. All from previous segments!!!
