For all the veg-loving friends out there, today we’ll be cooking a MEATLESS SALAMI. The base of our vegan Salami will be Seitan, but not your regular 2-step Seitan, but rather a more Chef-like one.

During the traditional Salami preparation, meat undergoes fermentation & curing processes, which takes on average around 10 weeks. In our meatless Salami, however, we cannot do just the same. BUT! We will use other known culinary techniques, incl. those that we’ve learned from the “meat world”, to accomplish the same goals: elevating & developing more complex flavours.
This meatless Salami recipe is another example of how you can & should use techniques that you know from treating meat on vegetable products as well. Don’t be afraid to test new things and things that no one had though of doing before. Only like that you can come up with new amazing & exciting ways to eat vegetables. Yes! Vegetables are not boring…
