Beef Boneless (Cubes): 1 kg
Water: 2 ltr
Salt: 1 tbsp
Button Red Chilli: 25 to 30 pcs
Cumin Seeds: 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Black Peppers (Whole): 1 tbsp
Cloves: 6 pcs
Black Cardamom: 2 pcs
Cinnamon (Large Stick): 2 pcs
Garlic: 10 cloves
Onion (Medium): 1 pc
Daal Chana (Bengal Gram Lentil): 1/2 kg (Soaked in water for 2 hrs)
Eggs: 4 pcs
