Make Your Pot Roast in the Instant Pot

Ingredients

4 lbs of Chuck Roast
4 tbsp of Butter
4 pepperoncini peppers
1 tbsp of ranch seasoning
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of pepper
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of smoked paprika
1 tbsp of thyme
2 tbsp of olive oil
4 cups of beef broth
1 chopped onion
6 chopped carrots
1/4 cup of water
1 tbsp of cornstarch

Pressure cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes
