For those who prefer a sweeter, smoother curry as opposed to my usual spicy offerings!! This is an easy-to-follow walk-through of how to prepare this popular dish. I am so pleased with how this curry tasted and urge you to give it a go!!

Ingredients:
5 Large Chicken Breasts
200g unsalted cashew nuts
3 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 Garlic bulb, skinned.
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
2 Tablespoons garam masala
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon turmeric
2 Tablespoons ground coriander
2 Tablespoons ground cardamom
2 Tablespoons cumin
Cinnamon piece
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
1 Teaspoon Coconut oil
2-3 Chilli Peppers
4 Medium onions, chopped
Chicken stock
Coconut Milk Powder
