Pasta:
Butter
1/4 cup flour
1 garlic
4 cups whole milk
salt and pepper
Mature Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
breadcrumbs

Grilled BBQ Chicken:
Chicken legs
buttermilk
cumin, 
garlic powder, 
Onion powder,
Smoked paprika
Brown sugar

BBQ sauce:
BBQ sauce,
Ketchup and honey
