Wat is het geheim van dit smaakvolle Hongaarse gerecht, dat in veel Oost-Europese landen wordt gegeten? Dat is simpel: veel ui, paprika en lekkere worst! Ik gebruik meestal Poolse rookworst (kielbasa), maar elke rookworst kan. Je kan het ook goed invriezen. Serveer het gerecht met rijst.
