Lemon, Garlic & Smoked Paprika Whole Chicken! #shorts

Easy & tasty marinade for your chicken.

5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 lemon juiced
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
few cracks white or black pepper
1/4 – 1/2 cup Oil of your choice

grind all ingredients and mix with oil until it forms a thick pliable paste.

rub over chicken inside and out. If you have time let it sit overnight.

roast at 425 for about 45mim-1hour depending on size of 🐔

let rest 30 minutes before cutting

This is by no means groundbreaking but if you’re like me and want to put something together quick, easy and relatively healthy for yourself or the family, give this a shot!
