If you like garlicy and a bit of sour chicken with a full flavor of cilantro and spices, so this recipe is for you. Its one of my kids favorite chicken dish and partnered with rice. Below is the listed ingredients:

Chicken:
2kg Chicken thighs
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp 7 spices

Sauce:
1cup chicken broth/ 1 chicken cubed w/ 1cup of water
1/4cup olive oil
3pcs lemon, squeeze
A handful of chopped cilantro
A bulb of garlic smashed
3pcs bayleaf
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1tsp 7spices

Potatoes cut in in half/3 parts
Cooking oil
