LCHF Getost-Paprika | (Low Carb High Fat Recipe)

Här kommer ett supergott och lyxigt LCHF-recept! Ugnsbakad snackspaprika med en god getostblandning.
Du behöver endast:
Snackspaprikor (4 st i filmen)
100-140 gr getost (chevre)
1 msk Oregano
1-2 msk Salt
1-2 msk Svartpeppar
Olivolja
1 krm chiliflakes
Frivilligt tillägg: Fler goda örter i osten
Gör så här:
Skär upp paprikorna & avlägsna alla frön samt ’innerväggarna’ (Lämnar bitter eftersmak)
Lägg upp paprikorna på en ugnsplåt och täck med olivolja, salt & peppar. Fördela kryddorna samt oljan jämt över alla paprikor.
Jobba getosten till en smetig konsistens & tillsätt de olika kryddorna samt örterna
Jobba in smeten i de skurna paprikorna så bra som möjligt
Baka i ugn i 15-20 minuter på 200 grader (Eller tills getosten fått en fin gyllene färg)
