Asalam u Alaikum , today i have showed how to make KFC style fried chicken at home. It is a very easy , tasty , and delicious recipe . Hope you like it!
Ingredients(Marination)
1.5kg chicken
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp black pepper
1tsp paprika powder
2tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger and garlic powder
1tsp chicken powder.
(These spices are normal according to my taste , you can add more or less spices as per your taste)
1 Cup milk
3 tbsp vinegar
Ingredients(Coating)
2-3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup corn flour
1/4 cup rice flour( you can skip it if you want)
1 bowl chilled water.
