For marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp hot sauce
1/4 cup milk
For breading mixture:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
oil for frying
1 egg
1/2 cup cold water
