Ingredients Serves 4

Chicken Marination :-
1200g Chicken with or without skin
2 Tsp Origano
2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Chilli powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp Ajinomoto (MSG optional)
1 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
2 Tbsp Butter Milk ( mattha)
2 Eggs Full

For Coating :-
1/2 cup Plain Corn Flakes
1 Cup Rice
1 1/2 cup All- purpose flour (Maida)
1 Tsp Black Pepper powder
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Chilli powder
Salt to Taste

Chilled water
Some Ice
Oil for Deep Fry

Coleslaw Salad :-
200g Cabbage (chopped)
1/3 part of Carrot (chopped)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1-2 Tbsp Sugar Powder
1/2 Tsp White Pepper powder
1 Tsp Onion powder
1/2 cup Milk
