Just cut 5 potatoes and the result will surprise you! An Easy Potatoes and Eggs Recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
Chop 5 potatoes
Wash the potatoes
Strain the potatoes
Medium heat
Pour 1tbsp olive oil into a pan
Melt 1tbsp unsalted butter into the pan
Place the potatoes in the pan
Fry for about 3 minutes
Chop 1 onion
Add to the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Add some salt
Add some black pepper
Add some paprika
Add to a bowl
Crack 5 eggs in a bowl
Add salt and black pepper
Mix well
Pour the eggs into the bowl
Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes
Smear butter in a 7.5-inch cake pan
Place parchment paper on the bottom
After 15 minutes
Pour into the pan
Cover with foil
Bake for 30 minutes at 356°F/180°C
After 30 minutes
Sprinkle 80g cheddar or mozzarella cheese on top
Bake for another 5-10 minutes at 356°F/180°C
Parsley (optional)
Done!
