Today I made the juices shredded beef or beef stew recipe! follow along to see how to make it or screen shot this recipe 🙂 Let me know in the comments how your shredded beef came out 😍😍
You will need:
-2 peppers any color
-1 onion
-4 garlic cloves
-3 cups of water
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-cumin
-paprika
-pepper
-salt
-2 bay leaves
-green olives (drain them)
-skirt, flank or chuck steak (skirt or flank work best)
add everything into the instant pot on the meat/stew setting for 80 minutes. wait until the pressure naturally releases and then grab two forks and carefully shred up the beef 🙂
serve over your favorite rice & enjoy!!
