Ps 119:105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.Enjoy this delicious Turkey chili recipe with homemade cornbread bread recipe. Very easy and filling, will warm you up for breakfast, lunch or whatever you prefer. I used left over turkey from thanksgiving and it was gone in 2 days.

INGREDIENTS –
INSTANT POT CHILI
-Turkey 4-6 Cups
-• Sweet onions 1 large
• Celery 2 Sticks
• 2 red Bell peppers
• Red Kidney beans, Pinto beans, Black beans – Rinsed and drained
• 1 Can crushed tomatoes
• 1 Can tomato paste
• 1 Can tomato sauce
• 2-3 Cups Turkey stock
• 2 TBS Smoked paprika
• 1 Tsp Oregano, Cumin, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper
• ¼ Cup chili powder
• 2Tbs Canola Oil
• ½ TBS garlic, ginger and onion powder
• 2 TBS Brown sugar
• 1 TBS cocoa powder
• 1 Tbs chicken stock powder
• Shredded cheese and sour cream

NINJA CORN BREAD
-3/4 Cup cornmeal
-1 cup All purpose flour
-1/4 cup each melted butter and canola oil
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-2 ½ TBS granulated Sugar
-2 large eggs lightly beaten
-2/3 cup butter milk / ½ N ½
-2 TSP baking powder
-1/2 Tsp salt
-1/4 Tsp vanilla extract

Oven 375 F
Bake 20-25 mins or until skewer comes out clean
