Here are the recipes for the food
Breakfast burrito:
Guacamole
– mash ripe avocado with cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and spring onion
Salsa
– Chop tomato into small chunks with spring onion, dash of olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper
Refried beans
– Glaze some onion with chili and garlic in olive oil
– Add red kidney beans
– Season with cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, chipotle pepper, salt, pepper
– Mash roughly when starting to soften
– Add fresh cilantro and lime juice
Egg + chorizo
– Panfry chorizo so oils release and add egg
Finally
– Add a bit of the above to wrap and enjoy!
Taco Salad:
Carne Asada marinade
– Fresh cilantro
– Jalapeno finely chopped
– Crushed garlic
– Lime and orange juice
– Salt + pepper
– White wine vinegar
– Vegetable Oil
Marinade the steak and panfry to liking
Serve with guac, salsa, romaine lettuce, roasted pepper, sharp cheddar and soured cream
Penne Bolognaise:
– Panfry garlic in oil on low heat to infuse garlic
– Add onions and grated carrot to glaze
– Add mince and season with salt +pepper
– Brown mince and add stock cube when browned
– Add tomato paste and chopped chunks of real tomato
– Add passata and reduce heat
– Add fresh oregano and simmer for 30-40mins
– Boil pasta and serve with parmesan
