This is one of many traditional Hungarian cooking recipes of my grandmother and mother who prepared this dish for their family and friends during gatherings or special occasions that they celebrated with their family or friends. It goes great with rice or potatoes. The combination of the onions, garlic, carrots, bell pepper, beef and spices gives this dish a unique flavor. Enjoy! Jó étvágyat!
