In this Bangkok vlog, I want to take you guys to see a Japan secondhand shop and also show you an easy hummus recipe. Hummus is a kind of dip eaten in the Middle Eastern countries. It’s made from mashed chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and spices. It’s healthy, filling, and can be eaten with all kinds of veggies, bread, and chips. The last time I made hummus was a month ago, and I really missed it. So here I am making it again ^_^ Aside from hummus, I also want to take you guys to see a secondhand shop here in Bangkok that sells many Japanese goods. At secondhand shops, you can find interesting things for a very good price. I hope you guys will enjoy this Bangkok vlog and if you like my video, please help support me by clicking LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and SHARE this with your family and friends. Thank you so much.

Homemade hummus recipe
Ingredients
1 ½ cup boiled chickpeas (I use dry chickpeas)
¼ cup tahini (if you don’t have tahini you can omit it. Although tahini gives hummus its signature smoky-nutty flavor)
¼ cup lime juice (or lemon)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons clean water
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic)

Directions
o Add lime juice and tahini to food processor. Blend until smooth.
o Add half of your boiled chickpeas, olive oil, salt, and spices.
o Blend for 30 seconds.
o Add the rest of the chickpeas and add water.
o Continue blending until smooth, scraping the side of your food processor from time to time.
* Before serving you can drizzle more olive oil on hummus and sprinkle some paprika on top.
