A quick middle eastern dip sure to please the crowd. Serve it with pita chips or raw veggies either way it is delicious.
1 15 oz can chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
1 lemon
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
2 – 3 cloves garlic
1/3 to 1/2 olive oil
1/3 -1/2 water

Process everything to a smooth paste . Bon appetite.
