Its a simple delicious recipe that anyone can make, im using simple ingredients that you can find at any store.
Ingredients :
2.5kg chicken
Marinate your chicken with:
1 bottle hot sauce
1tbsp jerk seasoning(optional)
1 shot white vinegar
2 eggs
1tsp mustard powder
1tsp white pepper
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
Now prepare your flour mixture :
1cup flour
2tsp paprika
2tsp salt
1tsp onion powder
1tsp Celery
1tsp coriander
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp red pepper
1tsp mustard powder
1tsp black pepper.
As for the BBQ sauce you can make your own sauce at home or buy from any store or use any sauce you like.
