Are you tired of eating the same boxed frozen pizza? I thought so, that’s why in this video I’m going to show you how to make the best homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza alongside my trusty adorable cat Dexter.

Pizza Dough Ingredients:
400g or 2 Cups “00” flour
10g or 2 tsp honey
10g or 2 tsp salt
245g or 1¼ cups warm water
1g or ¼ tsp yeast
15g or 1 tbsp olive oil

BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
15g or 1 tbsp cornstarch/water
15g or 1 tbsp olive oil
½ medium sliced onion
2 cloves of sliced garlic
2 12fl oz cans of coca-cola
255g or 1 cup of diced tomatoes
35g or 2 tbsp of tomato paste
41g or 2 tbsp of molasses
41g or 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
29g or ¼ cup of brown sugar
2.5g or ½ tsp of smoked paprika
2.5g or ½ tsp of mustard powder
58g or ¼ Worcestershire sauce

Pizza Toppings:
BBQ Sauce
Low moisture mozzarella
Chicken breast diced
Red onion sliced
Cilantro
