This Tastiest Fried Rice and Grilled chicken is best when served warm. This recipe has No Eggs and No Soy sauce. The chicken is juicy and tender, Brimmed with fresh spices aroma. Choose a good rice to achieve a grainy end product.
2 Cups Rice(I used Jasmine Rice)
Chicken Broth(from boiled Chicken)
For the Chicken marinate
2 Chicken Thighs attached to Drumsticks
2 tsp Chicken Knor Seasoning (2 Maggi Cubes)
1 tsp Curry Powder
¼ Onion
I inch Ginger Root(blend)
5-6 Garlic Cloves
2 Stems Parsley
1 tsp Whitepepper
1 tsp Italian Seasoning(optional)
½ tsp Blackpepper
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 tsp Paprika
To Fry the rice
1 Cup Cooking oil
1½ Cup Mixed Veggies (peas,carrots,green beans,corn) You can use whatever veggies.
2 tsp Knor Seasoning (2 Maggi Cubes)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Blackpepper
1 Tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Curry Powder
2 large Tomatoes
¼ Onion (Diced)
2 tsp Pepper Flakes(optional)
2 Stems of Fresh Parsley
2 Stalks of Fresh Rosemary or thyme. (I used both, but both is optional, one of them is totally fine)
2 Sprigs Green Onion(For Ganishing)
