■Ingredients for Chicken Stew

●Whole chicken (hard)
●Ginger
●Cloves of garlic
●Tomato paste
●1 tsp aniseed powder
●Cooking oil
●Chicken seasoning powder
●Dry Bay leaves
●½ tsp of Dry thyme
●1 tsp rosemary
●1 tsp Fennel seeds
●1 tps Chicken herb spice
●Small bunch of fresh basil
●3 habanero pepper
●3 large red onions + ½ white onion
●1tsp of Curry powder
●Carrot
●Mixed bell pepper/ mixed paprika
●Fresh tomatoes
●Boiled eggs
●Salt to taste

■Ingredients for Fried Spaghetti Rice:

● 2½ cups of rice
● spaghetti
● Onion
●cooking oil
●Salt to your taste
●Water
