Shakshuka recipes!

INGREDIENTS:
🔹 Extra virgin olive oil (minyak goreng)
🔹 1 large yellow onion, chopped (bawang bombay)
🔹 1 red peppers, chopped (paprika merah)
🔹 2 garlic cloves, peeled, chopped (bawang putih)
🔹 1 tsp ground coriander (daun ketumbar)
🔹 1/2 tsp ground cumin (bubuk jinten)
🔹 Salt and pepper (garam dan lada)
🔹 fresh tomatoes, chopped (about 6 cups chopped tomatoes)
🔹 1/2 cup tomato sauce
🔹 6 large eggs (i used 3 eggs in video)
🔹 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves (about 0.2 ounces or 5 grams)
🔹 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves (about 0.2 ounces or 5 grams)
