RECIPE:
1 pound of shrimp
1 lobster tail
Crab legs
Tri tri ( dried shrimp ) OPTIONAL
3 Tablespoon of epis
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 a chopped onion
1 Tablespoon of chopped garlic
Mixed vegetables
2 Tablespoon of butter
4 cups of rice
8 cups of water
1-2 teaspoon of paprika
1-2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1-2 teaspoon of old bay seasoning
1-2 teaspoon of slap ya mama seasoning
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1-2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1-2 teaspoon of onion powder
1-2 teaspoon of parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
