SHUCK CORN AND BOIL FOR 5 – 7 MINUTES UNTIL KERNELS ARE BRIGHT YELLOW AND PLUMP
COMBINE MAYONNAISE AND CREMA AND SLATHER ON EACH EAR OF CORN
COVER GENEROUSLY WITH COTIJA CHEESE
SPRINKLE WITH CAYENNE AND SMOKED PAPRIKA OR SEASONING OF CHOICE
SERVE WITH FRESH LIME
