hummus is a delicious spread or dip made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon, and spices.
It’s commonly eaten in the Middle East and the Mediterranean.

INGREDIENTS::
Hummus recipe 😋😋

1 cup boiled chickpeas
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons tahini paste
3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh yogurt
Extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup

Paprika for serving
Fresh olives or parsley for serving
Olive oil for serving 👌👍

Freeze Up to two Months:
Hummus can be frozen for up to 2 months.
Freeze your hummus in an airtight, freezer-safe container and make sure you don’t fill it all the way to the top because it will expand as it freezes.
