Use your Thermomix TM5 to make delicious homemade passata (or sugo technically!). Super simple and delicious recipe using only 5 ingredients. Use this sauce on your pasta and pizza bases – you will find many ways to use it!

In this video we look at the difference between using fresh tomatoes and tinned tomatoes. Which tastes better?
