Executive Chef Kathir at Palais de Mahe in Pondicherry, India gave a cooking demonstration on How To Make Paprika & Honey Roasted Pork Chops in the Oven. The pork chops are served with couscous, aubergine pizza and apple jus.

These perfect moist pork chops in the oven had a nice charring to it. Oven baked pork chops recipe is a little bit more healthier and easier and they came out tender and juicy with the sweet and savoury taste of paprika and honey!
