Here are the ingredients to this recipe:
1 large onion
Boiled pigeon peas/ Mbaazi – About 6 cups
1 1/2 cups concentrated Coconut milk – Tui/ Nazi ya kwanza
Dilute Coconut milk – Tui/ Nazi ya pili
2 cloves of fresh garlic
A small piece of fresh ginger
A small piece of fresh turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of paprika spice – optional
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne – optional
2 teaspoons corn starch/ flour
Salt to taste
