This easy vegan recipe is inspired by a Serbian grilled & marinated pepper recipe, with a twist! I’ll show you how to make this amazing curried paprika, marinated with olive oil, garlic and balsamic vinegar. It’s a perfect use for the bounty of early fall & late-summer peppers from the garden. I recommend both using a grill and shepherd peppers for the most authentic results, though you can still use convectional oven and any sweet red pepper. Consider adding a drop of hickory smoke extract for that charred flavor. Hope you enjoy this video!
