Ingredients
¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated or powdered
Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
6 tilapia fillets, roughly 15½ oz in total
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp. paprika
lemon wedge, to serve
Either steamed or roasted vegetables, to serve

⬇️ How to make Easy Parmesan Tilapia ⬇️
0:09 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
0:11 Mix the parsley, paprika and Parmesan cheese in a dish and some salt and pepper to taste.
0:34 Place the seasoned fillet pieces onto the oven tray.
0:41 Pour some olive oil onto the tilapia fillets
0:57 Rub the spice mixture earlier around the fillets.
1:14 Roast for about 10-12 minutes, or until fillets are flaky & cooked through
1:23 Serve together with lemon wedges, & your choice of either grilled or steamed vegetables.
