How to make delicious low carb / keto friendly Moroccan chicken easily at home? Keto with Sarah

Hey Friends,

how are you? Today I m going to share how to Make Moroccan chicken? Low carb and easy! The preparation time is quite short (less than 15 minutes) and the outcome is delicious.

So what do you need to prepare this low carb meal which even men can easily cook 🙈 I mean anyone can easily cook!

Ingredients

4 Chicken Leg Pieces, with skin
1 Onion, sliced
5 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Lemon
5 tbsp Olive Oil
Cherry Tomatoes
2-3 tbsp fresh Cilantro

Seasoning:

1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Turmeric
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
1 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

This recipe makes 4 servings , each has 638 calories – 3 g net carbs – 43 G proteins – 54 g fats

Tipps to prepare perfect Chicken legs:

-Soak Chicken in Water, with 1 tsp Salt,
1/2 tsp Baking Soda for 1-2 hours
before marinating

-Take out and dry with paper towels

-keep Marination over night
or at least 6 hours

HĂ€hnchen aus dem Ofen fĂŒr jedermann.

Was ihr benötigt?

Zutaten

4 HĂ€hnchenschenkel (ganz), mit Haut
1 Zwiebel, in Scheiben geschnitten
5 Knoblauchzehen, gepresst
1/2 Zitrone
5 Esslöffel Olivenöl
Kirschtomaten
2-3 Esslöffel frischer Koriander

GewĂŒrze:

1 Teelöffel Salz
1 Teelöffel Cayennepfeffer
1 Teelöffel Kurkuma
3/4 Teelöffel Schwarzer Pfeffer
1/2 Teelöffel gerÀuchertes Paprikapulver
1 1/2 Teelöffel KreuzkĂŒmmelpulver
1/2 Zimtpulver
1/4 Teelöffel Knoblauchpulver

Tipps zur Zubereitung perfekter HĂ€hnchenschenkel:

Schenkel in Wasser mit 1 Teelöffel Salz, 1/2 Teelöffel Backpulver fĂŒr 1-2 Stunden vor dem Marinieren, einlegen!

Aus dem Wasser nehmen und mit KĂŒchenpapier trocken tupfen.

HĂ€hnchen Schenkel tief einschneidenden!

Schenkel ĂŒber Nacht oder mindestens 6 Stunden marinieren!
