this is the best pork belly I’ve ever made the pork skin is perfect color and incredibly crispy,crunchy and juicy inside my family enjoy eating and love it so much to the point we finished all in one meal
in my preparation time i used a lot of paper towel to make sure totally dried and removed all the exist water, so in my procedure please watch the video until the end how i got success result of cooking this golden brown crispy pork belly recipe.
our Ingredients
2 pork belly about 4lbs
8 cups of water for boiling
3 stick of lemon grass
12 of onion slice
3 cloves garlic
1tsp pepper corn
for frying procedure
cooking oil
vinegar
salt
ground pepper
2 tsp paprika
