Check this video out to find out how to make your chicken stew really tasty and delicious! I’m doing it western/ Luhya style, including preparation and cutting it up. I’ve used kienyeji/ free range chicken but you can prepare any other kind of chicken the same way.

Here are the ingredients:
A whole chicken
1/3 cup natural softener incase your chicken is tough (I will link below the recipe to how I made my softener once I upload it)
Salt to taste
Spices of choice (I used 1 teaspoon paprika spice, 3/4 teaspoon curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne)
1 large onion
3 cloves fresh garlic
2 large tomatoes
1 medium size hoho/ green pepper
About 3 tablespoons coriander/ garlic
A little salad oil to fry
